This policy explains what information Pro100 Image & PDF Tools ("we", "us"), available at https://tools.pro100.sarl, collects when you use the website and how it is used.

Information we collect

Your files. Images and PDF files you open with our tools are processed locally in your browser. They are never uploaded to our servers or to anyone else, and we cannot see them. When you close or reload the page they are gone from memory.
Technical data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses, browser type and request logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Analytics. We may use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to count visits.
Advertising. We may show ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings.

Third-party services

The tools do not send your files to any third-party service. The site uses Cloudflare for hosting and, when enabled, Google AdSense for ads and Cloudflare Web Analytics for visit counts. Their own privacy policies apply to the data they process.

Cookies

The site itself does not require cookies to work. Advertising partners may set cookies as described above. Your browser lets you block or delete cookies.

Data retention

We do not store your files or results, because they never reach our servers. Our hosting provider may keep short-lived technical request logs (for example IP address and page requested).

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA) you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data. Contact us at hello@pro100.sarl and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
